3-4 oz. watermelonbubly^TM
1 ¼ oz. limon flavored rum
6-8 fresh mint leaves
½ oz. simple syrup
4-6 small watermelon cubes
2 lime wedges
lime wheel, garnish
mint sprig, garnish

Muddle simple syrup, mint, watermelon, and lime in a mixing tin. Add ice and shake until well chilled. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with watermelonbubly^TM and garnish.
