mix & mingle


3-4 oz. mangobubly®
½ oz. mango puree
1¼ oz. gin
½ oz. simple syrup
2 slices of kiwi, muddled
lemon peel
slice of kiwi wheel, garnish
slice of mango, garnish

Muddle kiwi and simple syrup at the bottom of the mixing tin. Add ice, gin and mango puree. Shake until well chilled. Double strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with mangobubly® and expressed citrus peel. Stir and serve.
