mix & mingle


3-4 oz. grapefruitbubly®
½ oz. fresh grapefruit juice
sprinkle of ground cardamom
4 fresh blackberries
½ oz. lychee syrup
lychee, garnish

Muddle blackberries, and lychee syrup in the bottom of a mixing tin. Add ice, sprig of cardamom, and grapefruit juice. Shake until well chilled. Double strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Top with grapefruitbubly®. Garnish and serve.
