4 oz. lemonbubly®
1¼ oz. rum
¼ oz. simple syrup
4-6 fresh mint leaves
2 lemon wedges, lightly muddled
2 cucumber wheels, muddled
mint leaves, garnish
Muddle cucumber, mint, lemon wedges, and simple syrup in the bottom of a mixing tin. Add ice and rum and shake until outside of mixing tin becomes frosted. Double strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with lemonbubly®. Stir and garnish.
