2-3 oz. blackberrybublyTM
6 fresh blackberries
2 fresh basil leaves
1 oz. gin
½ oz. blackberry liqueur
½ oz. maple syrup
juice of 1 lemon wedge
fresh blackberries, garnish

Muddle blackberries, basil, blackberry liquer, maple syrup and lemon juice in the bottom of a mixing tin. Add gin and ice. Shake until chilled. Double strain into a wine glass. Add ice and top with blackberrybublyTM. Garnish with fresh blackberries and a fresh basil leaf.
